“Starting out in VoiceOvers” workshop!
Are you in the Seattle area? Then come on down! I’m putting on a workshop that will really help you to get yourself going in your voiceover business. I’m incredible excited for this one, and for all of us to learn and grow in our craft together!
It’s going to be Saturday, January 12th from 10am to 3:30pm at Northwest Community Church in Bothell. You need to be here and hear what I have to say! I have the heart of a teacher. I want to help. I’ve been doing voiceovers since 1993. I average 5-10 voiceover jobs (not auditions; actual paying scripts) per week. I audition my fanny off (it’s actually gone; if you find it let me know please). I network. I get myself out there. I connect. I shamelessly self-promote. I shout it from the rooftops! (Yes, that was me at 3am the other morning, and I’m not sorry, because now you know what I do. 
I have lots of experience and insight to offer you on how you can really hit the ground running with voiceovers!

When I was in Amway – yes, Amway – way back when, I learned a principle called “duplication.” I want to share that with you. Why reinvent the wheel? I duplicate what other successful people do! Do what someone else is doing and find a model, emulate it, and succeed as well. It’s as simple as that. And I want to show you how I do and others do it. What I LOVE about the VO industry is that we are not competitors for each other. The client already hears a certain type of voice in their head. So regardless of my experience or approach, if they hear YOUR voice in their head, then they’re going to choose you over me. It’s a very supportive industry we’re in, and I want to support you in it!
